Key Responsibilities:

• General secretarial support duties

• Handling phone calls and email correspondence

• Managing outpatient reception and registration

• Coordinating Emergency Department procedures and cross-departmental communication

Required Qualifications:

• University (AEI) or Technological Institute (TEI) Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Very good command of English.

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite, etc.)

• Dynamic and pleasant personality with strong organizational and communication skills

• Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications:

• Touch Typing proficiency.

• Knowledge of Electronic Prescription systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Radiologic Technology (TEI/PE) or Vocational Diploma/Certificate as a Radiography Assistant (DE)

• Valid License to Practice / Professional Registration (for TEI/PE graduates) or EOPPEP Certification (for DE graduates)

• Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)

• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit

• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts

• Letters of recommendation are desirable
